An Elderly, Disabled, Vietnam Veteran sued Walmart for Attacking Veterans for using P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, then .....

WALMART CEO, DOUG MCMILLON, WALMART GENERAL COUNSEL, KAREN ROBERTS, AND TWO (2) FEDERAL JUDGES, TRY TO KILL THE DISABLED VIETNAM VETERAN !



To "fix" the Lawsuit for Walmart !

BILLY KIDWELL IS A DYING, 100% SERVICE-CONNECTED, DISABLED VIETNAM COMBAT VETERAN

Since returning from Vietnam, Billy Kidwell, a Service-Connected, Disabled, Vietnam Veteran, with an injured back, and a Combat Stress Disability, has been a Veteran Activist, fighting for Veterans Rights, as much as his health allowed.

As the years passed, his disabilities became worst, with Advancing Age, and the stress of fighting an extremely corrupt VA, with long Medical Waiting Lists, and never-ending corruption in the processing of VA Claims, causing Kidwell to suffer Stress-Caused Bleeding Ulcers, and Stress-Caused Heart Problems, including at least three (3), documented, Stress-Caused Heart Attacks, resulting in so much damage to Kidwell's Heart, that he is now dying from Severe Heart Failure.

Kidwell's Health got so poor, from the VA putting him on an Illegal Medical Waiting List, that when Kidwell did get to see a Heart Doctor, the Doctor told him that he is dying from Severe Heart Failure, and must  avoid all stress, because another Stress-Caused Heart Attack would likely kill him.


WALMART ATTACKED KIDWELL FOR BEING A DYING, DISABLED, VIETNAM VETERAN, MEDICALLY-NEEDING TO USE P.T.S.D. SERVICE DOGS  

Billy Kidwell was Ordered by his VA Doctor to avoid stress, by always using his P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, especally when shopping, to help him avoid P.T.S.D. Anxiety Attacks, and to calm him when he did have P.T.S.D. Anxiety Attacks, so he wouldn't have another Stress-Caused Heart Attack, and die.

Shortly after being released from the Heart, and Stroke Intensive Care Unit of the Bay Pines VA Hospital in St Petersburg, Florida, Billy Kidwell took his Trained P.T.S.D. Service Dogs to the Walmart on Kings Highway in Port Charlotte, to shop with his daughter, and was attacked by a Walmart Manager named "Handy" for using his small, Medically-Needed, P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, to shop in Walmart, like his Doctor had Ordered.

Billy Kidwell started passing out with Heart Pains, Dizzyness, and Shortness of Breath, and had to take a NITRO Pill, and sit down on the sidewalk outside Walmart, for about twenty (20) minutes, until his Heart calmed down.

The Charlotte County Sheriff was called, and Kidwell was told by Walmart Management, and the Charlotte County Sheriff that "Walmart is Private Property, and doesn't go by the Americans with Disabilities Act. That Walmart can do anything they want, and Walmart doesn't allow P.T.S.D. Service Dogs in their Florida Stores".

The Sheriff's Deputies asked the Walmart Store Manager what she wanted to do, and the Store Manager, Chanel Barghausen, and Walmart Loss Prevention Officer, Larry Coultas, stated that they Wanted Billy Kidwell, and his daughter Punished for using P.T.S.D. Service Dogs in their store.

Chanel Barghausen, and Larry Coultas, stated that they wanted Kidwell, and his daughter trespassed from the Kings Highway Walmart, and trespassed from Murphy's Gas Station, and Culvers Resturants, because Barghausen, and Coultas said that Murphy Gas Stations are on Walmart Property, and thay claimed that Culvers Resturants leases the property it's resturants are on, from Walmart.

The Charlotte County Sheriff then stated that "For their own good Billy Kidwell, and his daughter should stay away from all of the Kings Highway Area" which restricts Kidwell from the Murphy's Gas Station, Culvers, State Farm where he has insurance, Tracter Supply where he shops, from his daughter's Guitar Teacher, and from several of Kidwell's Friends.

This was Walmart's Punishment against Kidwell for being a Dying Disabled Veteran Medically-Needing to use P.T.S.D. Service Dogs to safely shop.

THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE REFUSES TO PROTECT THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT RIGHTS OF ELDERLY, DISABLED, VIETNAM VETERANS

After going home Kidwell called the Florida Attorney General and was told it is illegal for Walmart to Trespass him, and his daughter, for using Service Dogs, that Walmart cannot Trespass anyone from other businesses, like Murphy's Gas Station, Culvers, State Farm, Tracter Supply, nor Trespass the Kidwell Family from a section of Port Charlotte, the King's Highway Area, and told Kidwell to file a Complaint with the United States Department of Justice.

Billy Kidwell went to the DOJ's ADA Internet Website, which says the United States Department of Justice is responsible for enforcing the Americans with Disabilities Act, and protecting the rights of the Disabled.

Billy Kidwell filed the online Complaint, making the Justice Department aware that Walmart would not allow Disabled Veterans, Medically Needing P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, to use Service Dogs in their Florida Stores.

Kidwell made the Justice Department aware that he had been assaulted for using a Service Dog, and Trespassed from Walmart, Murphey's Gas Stations, Culvers, and businesses, and his friends, in the King's Highway.

Billy Kidwell made the ADA Section fully aware that his VA Doctor informed him that the Stress from trying to enforce his own Rights, has caused him to suffer Stress-Caused Heart Attacks, and that according to his Doctor, Kidwell would suffer another Stress-Caused Heart Attack, and possabily his death, if the DOJ refused to protect his Disability Rights. [Emphasis added.]

The United States Department refused to respond to Billy Kidwell's ADA Complaints, and refused to enforce his ADA Rights, not caring if he died.


THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THE SERVICEMEMBERS AND VETERANS INITIATIVE

President Trump passed the Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Act which requires the Justice Department to set up a Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative in the Civil Rights Division (SVI Section), to have adequate funds to protect the rights of Disabled Veterans, and to "promote the provision of Civil Legal Aid to Servicemembers, Veterans, and their families".

Billy Kidwell filed a Complaint Form with the SVI Section, and Kidwell, his wife, Tana Kidwell, and daughter, Hannah Kidwell, sent letters to the SVI Section in the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, begging Nicole Siegel, the Director of the SVI Section, and the Assistant Director of the SVI Section, to enforce Kidwell's Disability Rights, explaining that because of his dire health it would likely cause Kidwell's Death, if he attempted to enforce his own rights.

Assistant Attorney General, Nicole Siegel, and her SVI Section knowingly, and intentionally, violated the Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative Act, and refused to respond, so Kidwell, and his family wrote the head of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.

Again, there was no response so Billy Kidwell started calling the Civil Rights Division on the phone, and was told by the Civil Rights Division that "the Justice Department doesn't have one penny to protect the rights of Disabled Vietnam Veterans" and that "the Old Vietnam Veterans are eating-up the benefits of younger Veterans, need to just go ahead and die".

NOTE: The Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative Act REQUIRED the Justice Department to ensure there was adequate funding to protect the rights of Veterans, and REQUIRED the Justice Department to "Promote the Provision of Civil Legal Aid to Veterans".



THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL MERRICK GARLAND'S VETERAN MEMORANDUM

The U.S. Department of Justice posted a "Policy" by Attorney General, Merrick Garland in which the Attorney General ORDERED the Justice Department to "strictly enforce Veterans Rights", and Merrick Garland issued a Memorandum requiring the Justice Department to "aggressively protect Veterans Rights" that was released to the Public.

Billy Kidwell, and his wife, and daughter, sent letters to the Justice Department begging the Justice Department to comply with the "Policy of Attorney General Garland" that is posted on the DOJ Website, by agressively enforcing Kidwell's ADA Right(s) to use a P.T.S.D. Service Dog in Florida.

The Kidwell Family made the DOJ aware that Billy Kidwell is Medically Unable to Stand Stress, that Stress causes Kidwell to have Stress-Caused Heart Attacks, and that it would likely cause Kidwell to suffer another Life-Threatening, Stress-Caused, Heart Attack, and likely die, if the DOJ refused to comply with Attorney General Merrick Garland's Memorandum, by protecting the rights of Billy Kidwell, a dying, 100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran.

Kidwell, and his family, explained that he had recently almost died from a Stress-Caused Heart Attack, and that his VA Heart Doctor told him not to do any more Legal Work, because the stress could cause another Stress-Caused Heart Attack, likely killing Kidwell, and that without the Justice Department complying with Merrick Garland's Memorandum, Billy Kidwell would likely die.

The United States Department of Justice refused to comply with Merrick Garland's Memorandum, and bragged to Kidwell, on the phone, that "The United States Department of Justice has never protected the rights of a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, with a Combat Stress Disability, and Never Will!


BILLY KIDWELL WAS FORCED TO ENDANGER HIS LIFE, SUING WALMART, BECAUSE THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, REFUSES TO PROTECT DISABLED VIETNAM VETERANS RIGHTS

Because the Justice Department refused to protect his ADA Rights, refused to comply with the Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative Act, and refused to comply with the Memorandum of Attorney General Merick, the only way Billy Kidwell could address being denied his ADA Right to use a P.T.S.D. Service Dog to shop at Walmart, and his being illegally trespassed for using his P.T.S.D. Service Dogs at Walmart, was to violate his VA Doctor's ORDERS, endanger his own life, and attempt to sue Walmart, on his own.

For nearly Four (4) Years Billy Kidwell sat at his computer, throwing up Blood from his Stress-Caused Bleeding Ulcers, suffering Heart Pains, Dizzyness, Breathing Problems, and Passing Out, trying to type a Pro Se Lawsuit, despite his health killing him.

As the time limits to sue were expiring, Kidwell filed his Pro Se Lawsuit, and in the lawsuit made the U.S. District Court at Fort Myers fully aware that he was being denied his Liberty Interest(s), and freedom of movement in Port Charlotte, Florida, and that Billy Kidwell was Medically Unable to Proceed, and that attempting to prosecute the lawsuit on his own, without an Attorney, could cause his death. No Counsel was Appointed.

Instead U.S. District Court Judge, Sheri Polster Chappell, and Magistrate Mac R. McCoy started bullying, harassing, intiminating, and threatening Kidwell, doing everything they could to Aggravate his Combat Stress Disability, and intentionally cause Kidwell to suffer a Massive Stress-Caused Heart Attack, and Die, to fix the lawsuit for Walmart.


JUDGE, SHERI POLSTER CHAPPELL, AND MAGISTRATE MAC R. MCCOY, CAUSE BILLY KIDWELL TO SUFFER A MASIVE, LIFE-THREATENING HEART ATTACK

After a couple of months of the Inhuman Aggravation of his Stress Disability by Judge Chappell, and Magistrate McCoy, Billy Kidwell's Body couldn't take any more, and he started throwing up blood at his Computer, having severe Heart Pains, Dizzyness, and Loss of Breath, Passing Out, and as he fell down he hit his stomach on his Computer Chair, rupturing his Aortic Aneurysm.

We DEMAND that the Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Con Game Immediately Stop

Congress passed a law called the Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Act where the United States Department of Justice is supposed to have the funds to protect the rights of America's Disabled Veterans.

However, the United States Department of Justice says it has no funds to protect Billy Kidwell's Life because the Justice Department is spending Massive Amounts of money for Politics, to get Former President Trump, and try to fix elections for the Democrat Party.

It's been over two (2) Years since the Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Act was passed, and the Justice Department absolutely refuses to comply with the law, and claims that they do not have a penny to help Elderly, Disabled Vietnam Veterans.

The Justice Department took over two (2) Years just to respond to a letter Request for Records pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, and the Justice Department's Response was simply to ask Kidwell if he still wanted the records, after having Kidwell wait over two (2) Years for the Justice Department to answer his letter!


It is clear that the Justice Department has no respect for America's Disabled Veterans, and no intent to comply with laws protecting the rights of Veterans.

The Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Act was passed by Congresswoman Veronica Escobar, and her "Associates" (Congressman Taylor, Senator Hirono, Senator Ernst, the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Veterans Education Success, and the Student Veterans of America), however they all know the Justice Department is not complying with their law, and none of them will respond to Complaints by Billy Kidwell.

We DEMAND that Congresswoman Veronica Escobar, and her "Associates" (Congressman Taylor, Senator Hirono, Senator Ernst, the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Veterans Education Success, and the Student Veterans of America) stop their Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative Act Con Game, and that they stop Discriminating against America's most vulnerable, most helpless Disabled Veterans, Disabled Vietnam Veterans, by contacting the Justice Depart DEMANDING that Billy Kidwell immediately be provided counsel to protect his Rights, before the VA is sucessful at trying to kill him.

The United States Department of Justice is using the Servicemembers, and Veterans Initiative to try to kill Billy Kidwell, an Elderly, 100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Veteran, and that needs to immediately stop.

And there needs to be hearings by the House, and Senate Committees on the Judiciary to stop the Justice Department's Blatant Hate, and Discrimination, towards Elderly, Severely Disabled Vietnam Veterans, with Combat Stress Disabilities.

Billy Kidwell is a 100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran and he is legally entitled to Medical Care.
