AMERICA'S CORPORATE GANGSTERS GET BILLIONS OF OUR TAX DOLLARS WHILE VETERANS CAN'T EVEN GET AN HONEST VETERANS CLAIM SYSTEM

President Bush gave massive tax cuts, and BILLIONS of OUR Tax Dollars, to the rich while cheating America's Veterans, and starving our elderly, and disabled, on Social Security.

President Bush often housed the returning wounded from Iraq, and Afghanistan, in facilities not fit for pigs, like Walter Reed where human waste dripped on our wounded.

It was an outright robbery of America's Treasury by the rich and powerful.

 

President Obama promised Change.

The very first thing President Obama did was to continue the rape of America's Treasury giving BILLIONS, and BILLIONS, of OUR Tax Dollars to the super rich in this country, who were not capable of doing their jobs.

WHY should losers who don't do their job, and cause a corporation to fail, get multi-million Dollar Bonuses??????

We have BILLIONS of Dollars to give in "Aid" to Iraq, the richest country in the world, and BILLIONS for the poppy farmers in Afghanistan, who are filling our streets with junkies, yet if a disabled Veteran wants medical care, or "God Forbid" the benefits they EARNED, our government acts like we are committing a crime.

America has the most dishonest, corrupt, Veterans Benefits System in the world.

And OUR government isn't much better.

We do not take care of our Veterans, our elderly, and our disabled because we are too broke from giving WELFARE to the elite, the rich, and powerful in this country, to young kids able to work, and to nations that will NEVER be "friends" to America.

What is destroying America is the BRIBE System.

The "Lobby" System where professional criminals, usually former politicians, are allowed to "Legally" BRIBE our active politicians.

Real Americans, those that believe in the ideas of freedom that America was founded on, need to UNITE, and be as vocal as they can be, writing local newspapers, exposing, and DEMANDING an end to America's Bribe System, and for those who have ripped off our tax dollars to be PROSECUTED.

Rogue Nations like Iraq should have to pay for the wars they cause.

They can afford it!

Young people, able to work, should not get a free ride. Did you know the government is giving Social Security to individuals 20 and 30 years old, in their prime and able to work, merely because they WILLINGLY do drugs?

If the rich, and powerful, can't run a Corporation, and cause it to fail, instead of receiving a BONUS....THEY SHOULD BE FIRED!

 And Corporate thieves, like the CEO, and Board of Directors at General Motors, who take BILLIONS of tax dollars INTENDED to save American Jobs, use them in South America, Europe, and to run scams to defraud, and cheat America's Consumers SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AND SENT TO PRISON!

General Motors Governance should not be above the law, like they are, merely because they BRIBE a lot of politicians, and are rich, and powerful.

We live under one of the most corrupt, filthy, governments on earth, and as Americans it is our DUTY to clean it up.

When a Veteran serves his country he should get every benefit he EARNED, without all the con games, the delays, the lies, and corruption.

Obama you promised us CHANGE, but you gave us lies, and more of the same.

When will you keep your word?

Introduce laws to get rid of the lobbyists, and to clean up the Department of Veterans Affairs.

CONGRESS BEGINS DEVELOPMENT OF

THE FORT MCCLELLAN VETERANS LEGISLATION

WITH A FIX TOWARDS THE FUTURE !

The Subcommittee on Health at the House Veterans Affairs Committee on Capitol Hill in Washington DC has begun the processing and development of the much anticipated VA Health Registry Bill for the Fort McClellan veterans from Alabama.

 

The series of closed door sessions and debates have begun with the sitting congressional members of the subcommittee under the usual Roberts Rules of legislative process.

 

During the first gathering on the Bill to introduce the issues at hand, the members decided to expand and upgrade the Bill to a general, universal Veterans Health Registry Act in keeping with the spirit and recommendations of the former Veterans Benefits Disability Commission (VDBC) of 2005 - 2007 which ruled in favor of the Fort McClellan veterans.

 

Staying remarkably close to the language of the VDBC's report to Congress in 2007, the Subcommittee took note of the 2-part findings of the VDBC which said that the Fort McClellan veterans should not only receive their Health Registry but also that the overall VA Presumptive Service Connected Status System should also be changed using the Fort McClellan Veterans as an impetus for that change.

 

To that end, instead of the new Bill titled as the Fort McClellan Health Registry Act, it will now be titled something along the line of the universal Veterans Health Registry Act..

 

Nearly 50% of all that has been wrong with the existing VA Presumptive Status System will be fixed and made easier and faster for all future toxic exposure Veterans under this new Bill.

 

The Fort McClellan Veterans, along with other toxic exposure groups currently cued up in the legislative review system, will be listed as recognized "members" of the new Bill with their own Health Registries issued as kickoff's for the new act.

 

At this very moment, the Dept. of Army is confronted by the Subcommittee on the various failures of the agency in responding to the issue of the Fort McClellan  contamination zone, and they are waiting for Army compliances to return back to them pending their next closed door session.

 

Veterans who were stationed at Fort McClellan, Alabama prior to 1998 can send in letters of support to the committee for the Bill currently in development.

 

The Subcommittee will finalize the language and craft the Bill for submission and sponsorship by a prominent sitting member of the main House Veterans Committee. More on that will come later.

 

Fort McClellan veterans can send letters identifying themselves and entering letters of support for the new legislation as follows:

State the fact that you are a Fort McClellan veteran, that you support the new Health Registry legislation that they are working on in our name, and identify yourself as a possible medical patient effected by the Bill when it is finally submitted for an H.R. number if you have had a trail of medical problems since serving at Fort McClellan.

 

Give your complete contact information at the end of your letter, and list the name of your one congressman and 2 senators for your voting district at the end of the letter.

 

They will NOT read your life story so don't send it and they will not also accept any submissions from you regarding the Fort McClellan issue.

 

The issue is already packaged the way they need for it to be done, and public entries will not start again until they get to the point of public hearings on the new Bill.

 

The Fort McClellan medical patients group is pleased to be ushering in this all new era of easier and better Health Registries for toxic exposure veterans of the future, and to bring a legislative END to the VA ordeal that patients have been put through up until now.

 

We are eternally grateful and thankful to the congressional members and staff of the Subcommittee on Health at the House Veterans Affairs Committee for enduring the long haul process of our issue and having the wisdom to see what needed to be done to fix the VA Presumptive Crisis significantly.

It's time for the massive VA corruption to end. So we are posting an open letter to the President.

Dear President Obama,

For at least 8 years the Department of Veterans Affairs has been a cesspool of corruption, completely under the control of crooks, and thieves, while America's Veterans, and returning wounded from the Afghan, and Iraq Wars, have been raped by a Corrupt Nation.

 

1. VA Secretary Anthony Principi was the Executive Chairman of the QTC Management Corporation, a strongly Republican Corporation.

 

2. VA Secretary James Peake was on the Board of Directors for QTC, the strongly Republican Corporation, when he was picked to be the VA's Top Dog.

 

3. VA Secretary Jim Nicholson, was the former Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

 

 Simply put, under former President Bush the QTC Corporation, and Republican Party, indirectly, completely controlled the Department of Veterans Affairs.

QTC Management, Inc. is noted for "overcharging" the VA (it's called STEALING), and when caught stealing six million dollars, was asked to only give back three million, because of its ties to the Republican Party.

QTC is also known by America's Disabled Veterans for being extremely dishonest (what QTC calls "Conservative") in disability ratings, while being very liberal in it's bonuses to its management.

Former VA Secretary Jim Nicholson, who is also the former Chairman of the Republican National Committee, was forced to resign due to the worst record in history of neglecting, and screwing over, Veterans.

  Under Nicholson VA Health Care Staffing, Nursing Home Care, Staffing to Process VA Claims were all reduced resulting in massive claim backlogs, and Disabled Veterans being denied medical care.

Under Nicholson's leadership Veterans suffered the largest loss of their personal DATA in U.S. History.

Nicholson rejected four separate bills to reduce the 600.000 backlog of Veterans Claims.

While Nicholson could not stand to see a Disabled American Veteran receive a penny in disability payments, or receive medical care for their war injuries, Secretary Nicholson did believe the rich should be well cared for, and he gave upper-level management in the VA OVER $3,800,000.00 in bonuses.

DESPITE HIS CLAIMS THAT THE VA COULD NOT AFFORD TO CARE FOR REAL VETERANS!

So for at least eight years America's Veterans have had their claim files illegally shredded at VA Regional Offices, or been sent in endless circles, and cheated out of the benefits they have EARNED with their blood.

America's Veterans DESERVE an honest system!

Grass Roots Veteran Leaders that speak out against the VA, exposing the massive corruption, have their benefits STOLEN by VA upper-level management, as Retaliation for exposing the truth.

 As "Punishment" for spending years exposing this VA Corruption VetsForJustice Founder, Billy Ray Kidwell, has had his VA Claim File destroyed, at least four times, by VA Officials.

Although rated at 100% Service-Connected the VA refused to provide Champ VA Medical Care, which is supposed to be manatory, to Kidwell's son for 18 years, until the child was too old to receive it.

The VA refused to provide VA College benefits to Kidwell's son, who was legally entitled to them, forcing him to drop out of college.

The VA refused to provide college benefits to Kidwell's wife, who is legally entitled to benefits, intentionally creating an extreme hardship on Kidwell.

It is well-documented that VA Attorneys lied to a Federal Judge as part of a scheme to steal Kidwell's VA back-payment and the corrupt VA Inspector General refuses to investigate, as does the Justice Department, and Attorney General.

The government covers up their corruption, especially when the crimes are against a Disabled American Veteran.

All this illegal conduct against Kidwell is not rare. It is a VA POLICY of Retaliation.

Every Disabled Veteran with a grass roots Veteran site on the internet that exposes VA corruption, or misconduct, has been the subject of some type of VA Retaliation.

Mr. President America's Veterans served with honor and we deserve better.

 

 I would like to ask you to ORDER the United States Department of Justice to do a full, honest, investigation of the massive corruption in the Department of Veterans Affairs, and to prosecute those who have gotten rich stealing off America's Veterans to the fullest extent of the law.

And I would like to ask you to clean up the cesspool that is the Department of Veterans Affairs and to provide America's Veterans with an honest claims system.

The VA Political Payoff System

 To understand how the VA works, and just how corrupt it is, you have to understand what the purpose of today's VA really is.

Today's Department of Veterans Affairs has two goals.

The first is to appease the public by making it "appear" that Veterans have rights, and will be cared for, while the REAL purpose of the VA is to award as little money, as possible, in benefits, and to keep stalling, and sending disabled Veterans in endless circles, to avoid actually paying them the benefits that they are legally entitled to.

To keep the cost of war as low as possible for the rich, and powerful, that really control America.

The second goal is for the Department of Veterans Affairs to be used as a "Political Payoff System" for supporters of the political party that is presently in power.

From Regional Director to the Secretary of the VA, and the Office of General Counsel, appointments are not made based on qualifications, but on political "connections", and if you supported the "right" person.

The extremely high paying jobs, such as Secretary of the VA, Under Secretary, Regional Director, and so on usually also include lots of ways to make massive amounts of extra "bonus" money by giving VA Government Contracts to "friends", and accepting kickbacks, and "gifts".

These jobs are given to loyal political party members, who made large donations, or to whom "favors" are owed.

To make the VA System even more corrupt the political appointees, such as VA Regional Directors often hire many of their family members as disability raters, or in other good jobs, even when they have no experience, or qualifications.

As if all this doesn't make the VA corrupt, and rotten, enough, the Secretary of the VA often pays large bonuses to VA Decision makers that intentionally cheat disabled Veterans by quickly turning down VA Claims, that should have been legally approved.

Simply put, there is no limit the government will go to in it's scheme to cheat, and torture, America's Disabled Veterans.

Out of 13,000 cases filed by Veterans, the Court of Veterans Appeals, has only ruled in the Veterans favor 14 times. It's "Policy" is to send Veterans in endless circles, just like the VA does.
