It All Starts with the Military!

IT STARTED WITH THE ARMY!
The Army Tortures Soldiers Returning from Vietnam, Uses a "Bad Paper Con Game", and then Schemes with the VA to Steal VA Benefits with an "Illegal Article 15 Scheme".

In Billy Kidwell's Case it Started with the Army

VetsForJustice.com is describing the Torture, "Bad Paper", and other Military Con Games, used on soldiers returning from Vietnam, based on the personal experiences of the founder of this website, Billy Kidwell.

The Military Con Games may vary slightly in the different branches of Service, but as a whole are very similar, in that those who served in Vietnam were treated bad, many were Tortured, and not given needed Medical Care, while thousands received "Bad Paper Discharges".

Those with "Bad Paper Discharges" were later "Secretly" victimized by the Military Illegally providing Minor, Company-Level, Article 15's, that were supposed to have been destroied, to the VA in an "Illegal Article 15 Con Game", where the Illegal Article 15's were "Secretly" used by the VA to steal the Disabled Veteran's VA Benefits.

Medical Deprivation Torture

In Billy Kidwell's Case the crimes started with the Army not providing Medical Care, Mental Health Evaluations, or Counseling, to soldiers returning from Vietnam with "Stateside Adjustment Problems", and other clear symptoms of Combat Stress Disorders.

Not providing Needed Medical Care for Combat Stress, and Mental Health Disabilities from Combat, constitute "Medical Deprivation Torture".

The Army defends this torture by fraudulently claiming they didn't provide Medical Care because Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder was not known about at the time.

The Army may not have known Combat Stress Problems by the name of "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder", but as far back as WWI the Army knew Combat Soldiers suffered from Combat Stress Disabilities, and referred to them as "Shell Shock", "Combat Fatigue", and other names.

Despite the Army's Lies, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder did not just come into existance in Vietnam. Soldiers had the same disability in WW II, Korea, and other wars, the Army knew it, and the Army provided various forms of treatment, until the Vietnam War.

Instead of Medical Care soldiers returning from Vietnam needing Mental Health Care, or Counseling, were mistreated, abused, harassed, placed in the stockade for extremely minor offenses, normally handled by minor Company Level Article 15's, and a little extra duty.

Many, like Billy Kidwell, were gang beaten by prison guards in the stockades, starved, tortured, and forced to accept "For the Good of the Service" Discharges, as punishment for being disabled, and unable to adjust to Stateside Military Duty, after extensive combat in Vietnam.

And after being "tricked", and tortured, into accepting an AR 635-200 "For the Good of the Service" Discharges, when Disabled Vietnam Veterans applied for VA Benefits they were told that the Army, and VA, considered those "For the Good of the Service" Discharges to be "Dishonorable Discharges", when the Veteran had not committed any offense even close to authorizing the issue of a "Dishonorable Discharge".

Vietnam Veterans that had enlisted, and served Honorabily, were now branded for life with the stigima of having a Dishonorable Discharge as Punishment for returning from Vietnam Disabled, and unable to perform Stateside Duty.

They were legally entitled to Honorable Medical Discharges, and Medical Benefits!

The Army's denial of Medical Care for "Stateside Adjustment Problems", and/or, Mental Problems from combat, was extremely smart, in that the Army would then have NO RECORD of the soldier receiving care for Mental, or Stress Disabilities from combat, so soldiers Medically Unfit to Serve, and legally entitled to costly Honorable Medical Discharges for Combat Mental Disabilities, were railroaded, and given AR 635-200, "For the Good of the Service Discharges" instead of the Honorable Medical Discharges they were legally entitled to, cheating the Soldier out of VA Medical Care, and Compensation, to punish the soldier for his war injuries, and combat problems.

And when the soldier goes to the United States Army Review Board, or Army Board for Correction of Military Records, asking to have their "For the Good of the Service" discharge properly changed to a Medical Discharge, because of their P.T.S.D., or to an Honorable Discharge, the "Boards", which are just as corrupt as the Army, and the VA, lie, and say, there is NO RECORD of the Veteran receiving Medical Care for their stress disorder.

This was the Army's Con Game for Stealing Honorable Discharges, and Disability Benefits, from Disabled Soldiers legally entitled to Honorable Medical Discharges, and Disability Benefits.

The Corrupt United States Army, the VA, and the Army Discharge Boards, know, and are fully aware, that there are Official Army Records, in the form of the Official Army Record of Assignments Form, that clearly documents the soldier's conduct, and efficiency, in each company the soldier served in.

That Form would clearly prove if the soldier's Conduct, and/or efficiency, drastically changed after combat service in Vietnam, which would prove the soldier suffered some event in Vietnam that changed the soldier's conduct, placing a duty on the Army to at least provide the soldier a Mental Health Evaluation, before the Soldier's Discharge to determine if the soldier is disabled, after the drastic change in conduct.

The failure of the Army to provide Medical Care, Counseling, or Mental Health Evaluations after Vietnam Combat Service, especally after a soldier's documented drastic change in conduct, and/or, efficiency, constituted Medical Care Deprivation Torture, in direct violation of the United Nations Convention Against Torture, or Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment that the United States signed, and agreed to.

The denial of Medical Care was just the start of the horrific treatment of Soldiers returning from service in Vietnam with Stateside Adjustment Problems, we now know to be Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Many returning Vietnam Soldiers were put in the stockade, for very minor offenses that Article 15's and a little extra duty were usually given for, and gang beaten by prison guards.

They were then tortured by being put in the hole, and starved with Rabbit Chow, which is a small bowl of cerial, and a little lettuce, with a cup of water each day.

This is how Vietnam Combat Solders were punished for returning from war disabled.

The Army knows that gang-beating the hell out of returning Vietnam Soldiers, tossing them in the stockade for extremely minor issues caused by the soldier's combat disability,  starving, and torturing soldiers, does not constitute the Counseling, and Mental Health Care, that returning Vietnam Soldiers deserved.

The Army's Scheme to Torture, Murder, and Cheat, Vietnam Vets

When the Vietnam War started the United States Army knew that substantial numbers of soldiers suffer Mental, and/or, Stress Disabilities in Combat.

Even though Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder was not known at the time, the United States Army was fully aware that in WWI, WWII, Korea, and other wars, substantial numbers of soldiers suffered psychiatric, and/or, stress disorders, such as Shell Shock, or Combat Fatigue, increasing the cost of war.

The United States Army developed several schemes to reduce the cost of the Vietnam War by engaging in Medical Deprivation Torture, Defrauding Soldiers with Heroic, and Honorable Military Service, out of the Honorable Discharges they EARNED, and engaging in various schemes to defraud soldiers out of Military, and/or, VA Benefits, they EARNED, and are legally entitled to.

These illegal schemes by the United States Army, against it's own soldiers returning from Vietnam, saved the government billions of dollars, and has driven at least One Hundred and Fifty Thousand (150,000) Vietnam Veterans to suicide, substantially reducing the cost of the Vietnam War.

Dead Veterans don't need Medical Care or Compensation Benefits!

Some of these schemes by the Army are;

1. The United States Army did not screen Combat Soldiers in Vietnam, or Soldiers returning from Vietnam, for Psychiatric, or Stress Disorders, denied Soldiers with Mental Health Problems, and/or Disabilities, Combat Adjustment Problems, Family Problems, and Family Hardships, any kind of counseling, or Mental Health Evaluations, and/or Treatment, or needed Psychiatric Care, which constituted Medical Deprivation Torture.

Even Prisoners of War are entitled to Medical Care.

2. Large numbers of Soldiers returning stateside from Combat in Vietnam exhibited "Stateside Duty Adjustment Problems", such as Sleeping Disorders, War Nightmares, being explosive, instantly becoming a disciplinary problem after returning from Vietnam, despite the soldier having a long, documented history on their Official Army Record of Assignments Form of having outstanding Conduct, and Efficiency, prior to their Vietnam Combat Service.

When a soldier has a lengthy, Exceptional, Conduct, and Efficiency, Record on his Official Army Record of Assignments, and immediately after returning from Vietnam goes from the highest rating to the worst, even a five (5) year old knows something happened in Vietnam that changed the soldier.

Especially in Kidwell's Case where Billy Kidwell was Heroic, and a Career Soldier.

These are clear indications of a Stress, and/or, psychiatric disability, from Combat, and soldiers exhibiting these symptioms should have received exams by Mental Health Officials to determine if they were disabled from Combat.

Instead for any minor offense the Army would Court Martial the Disabled Soldier, without counsel, put the Disabled Soldier in the Stockade, and have guards gang-beat the Disabled Vietnam Veteran till he passed out, and then put the Disabled Veteran in a metal container and torture him, starving the soldier with Rabbit Chow consisting of a small bowl of cerial, with a couple pieces of letuce, and a cup of water each day.

The torture didn't stop there.

Prison Guards would spray the soldier with a firehose to keep him wet so he couldn't sleep, and bounce a basketball in front of the metal container all night to assure the disabled soldier couldn't sleep, which is Sleep Deprivation Torture.

Billy Kidwell was having bad nightmares after returning from Vietnam. immediately put in the swere denied Counseling, Psychiatric Exams, or any other Mental Health Care, which is also Medical Deprivation Torture.

3. The Army "treated" soldiers

refused to treat when Kidwell returned from Vietnam, and theVA refused to treat for Fourteen (14) Years after Kidwell was disharged.

For Fourteen (14) Years the VA Refused to provide Kidwell Medical Care, because of a Criminal Scheme by the VA, and United States Army, to steal Kidwell's VA Benefits, by using the crazy claim that Kidwell's Extremely Honorable Service in the Army, is considered Dishonorable by the VA because Kidwell received a Traffic Ticket for Speeding after he returned home disabled from Combat in Vietnam.

falsify Records, Lie, and was S, and Fifty (50) Years of Inadequate VA Medical Care, and being on VA Medical Waiting Lists for Fourteen (14) Years once, and another time for Twenty-Two (22) Years  Fifty (50) Years of Intentional, Inhuman, and Never-EndingTorture at the hands of the United States Army, the Veterans Administration, Corrupt VA Attorneys, a Veteran-Hating Justice Department, and Corrupt Federal Judges.

This was the Army's Con Game for Stealing Honorable Discharges, and Disability Benefits, from Disabled Soldiers legally entitled to Honorable Medical Discharges, and Disability Benefits.
