When paying for his items, Billy Kidwell was victimized by a Felony Attack, by a Walmart Manager with a name tag, saying her name is "Handy", who attacked Kidwell, for using Service Dogs at Walmart. [See F.S. 825.102 .]
She screamed at Kidwell that Walmart doesn't allow Disabled Veterans with Service Dogs in her store.
Billy Kidwell started suffering Heart Pains, Shortness of Breath, and Dizzyness, almost passing Out, and he went outside Walmart, and sat down on the sidewalk, trying to recover.
About six (6) Charlotte County Florida Sheriff Police Cars arrived, and the cops rushed around Billy Kidwell, real hostile, acting like he had robbed a bank, or something, inflicting massive Public Embarassment on him, when his only crime, was that of being severely Disabled, from defending this country in a war, and needing to use P.T.S.D. Service Dogs to safely shop.

The Sheriff in charge, a Sergeant, started scheming with the Walmart Store Manager, and Walmart Loss Prevention, to falsify the sheriff's report about the incident, because they didn't want the Sheriff's Report truthfully stating how Billy Kidwell was attacked, for being a Disabled Veteran, with a Service Dog.

Thousands of soldiers that returned from Vietnam were disabled, and unable to adjust to Stateside Military Duty.

The VA then immediately stopped all of Billy Kidwell's VA Medical Care, including Life-
Because of the VA cutting off Kidwell's Heart Doctor, and Heart Medication, and his Aortic Aneurysm Care, Billy Kidwell suffered the Tearing of his Aneurysm, and a Heart Attack, at the same time, and was rushed to the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Emergency, dying, and was told his only chance to survive was Emergency Surgery on his Aortic Aneurysm, and Emergency Heart Care.
The Emergency Surgery saved Kidwell's Life, but there was severe damage to his heart, and Billy Kidwell is now dying from Heart Failure, is nearly completely bedbound, and needs the Heart Medication Entresto to live, however the VA said because Entresto costs over $700 a month they won't provide it to Kidwell, that he can just die, even though the VA intentionally caused his Heart Damage.
