PERSONAL VIDEO STATEMENT
FROM DYING VIETNAM VETERAN

For Fifty (50) Years the Government, News Media, and Veterans
Groups, Covered Up Never-Ending Crimes & Genocide of Veterans

I find it amazing that Fifty-Five (55) years ago I was discharged from
the Army, and that after all these years, not one MEDIA outlet, and not
one Veterans Organization, has exposed the Never-Ending Crimes,
and Genocide of Disabled Vietnam Veterans.

The Vietnam War is the most hated war in American History.

Over Three Million (3,000,000) Soldiers served in Vietnam, and at least
one sixth, over Five Hundred Thousand (500,000), have been murdered
in schemes by the government to reduce the costs of the Vietnam War,
by stealing benefits from disabled Veterans, driving Veterans to Suicide.

Since the Civil War the Military has known about Combat Stress Disabilities,
that we now call Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (P.T.S.D.).

In the Civil War it was called Nostalgia, in WWI it was called Shell Shock,
in WW II it was called Combat Stress Reaction (CSR), or Battle Fatigue, in
Vietnam they called it "Unable to adjust to Stateside Duty" and now it's called
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or simply P.T.S.D..

To reduce the cost of the Vietnam War the Military, Veterans Administration
(now Department of Veterans Affairs), and other Government Officials,
conspired together to defraud Veterans out of the benefits, while driving
thousands of Veterans to suicide, by engaging in numerous Criminal Schemes.

America's Murdered Disabled Veterans have left Indisputable Proof of this
Government Genocide of Vietnam Veterans with the Sucide Notes they left.

For the past Fifty (50) years, Disabled Vietnam Veterans with Combat Stress
Disabilities, have been the most vulnerable, most discriminated against, and
most hated "class" of citizans in America, while the United States Department
of Justice absolutely refuses, to even consider, protecting their rights.

Soldiers returning from the Vietnam War were denied Medical Care for their
Combat Stress Disabilities by the Army, and illegally discharged with the Army's
Bad Paper Discharge Con Game, in a scheme to reduce the cost of the Vietnam
War, by stealing their Disability Benefits.

The Army then conspired with the VA, and falsified Army Records, illegally
using Article 15's, that were required by law to have been destroied, the Army
used lies, fraudulent Records, while hiding records favorable to the soldier,
used Dishonest Army Attorneys, and even used blatant threats, to deceive, and
scare, Disabled Vietnam Combat Veterans, into requesting an Administrative
Discharge, in the Army's Bad Paper Discharge Con Game.

Thousands of Disabled Vietnam Veterans had their lives destroied, lost their
families, and were driven to Suicide with the Army's Bad Paper Discharge
Con Game, all while the Justice Department acted as an Acessory, After the
Fact, to the never-ending crimes being committed against America's Disabled
Vietnam Combat Veterans.

Many of those Veterans committing Suicide left evidence of Corruption by the,
Army, and/or VA, that stole their benefits, however NOT ONCE has the United
States Department of Justice investigated those Suicide Notes, investigated, or
prosecuted the government's Never-Ending Crimes against Disabled Veterans.
