Bad Paper Discharges are really "Punitive P.T.S.D. Discharges"

The "Bad Paper Discharge Con-Game" by the United States Army

For Fifty-Three (53) Years the United States Government has been engaged in Never-Ending Crimes against America's Disabled Vietnam Veterans, using various schemes to reduce the cost of the Vietnam War, by destroying the lives of Disabled Veterans with Combat Stress Disabilities, and destroying their families, to steal the VA Benefits they earned, and making the Disabled Veteran's Life so horrific that the Disabled Veteran is driven to suicide.



Secretary of the Army, Christine Wormuth, has continued the Army's "Bad Paper Discharge Con Game", and continues to commit crimes against America's Disabled Soldiers.

The Inhuman Abuse of Disabled Vietnam Veterans started when they returned to the states from Vietnam, with Combat Stress Disorders, we now call Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (P.T.S.D.), unable to adjust to Stateside Duty, because of their P.T.S.D..

They were denied Medical Care, or even counseling, by the Army, for their Stress Disability.

Instead of Medical Care, soldiers with P.T.S.D. returning from Vietnam were put in Stockades, where many were beaten by Prison Guards, and kept hungry, as torture, to pressure them into requesting, what the Army told them was an "Administrative Discharge", an AR 635-200 "For the Good of the Service Discharge" that was suposed to an "Administrative Discharge", that was neither good, nor bad.

Since the Army wouldn't provide Medical Care, or Counseling, for their Combat Stress Disability, and since the Soldiers Returning from Vietnam, with Combat Stress Disabilities, couldn't handle the Stress of Stateside Military Duty, because of their Combat Stress Disorder, the soldiers had no choice but to accept, what their Army Attorneys told them, was an Administrative Discharge.


Bad Paper Discharges are really "P.T.S.D. Dishonorable Discharges"

These "Administrative Discharges" are now called "Bad Paper Discharges" by the government, and they were really part of a scheme, to steal the Medical Benefits, and Compensation, the soldiers had EARNED, with their Military Service.

The "Administrative Discharges" were really a "Dishonest Con Game" by the Army, and Veterans Administration, used to destroy the lives of Vietnam Soldiers, with Combat Stress Disabilities, and to drive them to suicide.

Keep in mind most of the soldiers, durring the Vietnam War, were teenagers, and they were knowingly, and intentionally, lied to, and deceived, by their Army Lawyers, and once discharged, driven to Suicide with the Army's "Bad Paper Discharge Con Game".

It was not until AFTER being discharged, when those Teenaged, Disabled, Vietnam Veterans, went to the VA for their benefits, that they found out their "Administrative Discharge", was really "Under Dishonorable Conditions", that they had been lied to, defrauded, suckered, and secretly given the very worst Punishment there is in the Military, a Dishonorable Discharge, to Punish Teenaged Veterans, that were only guilty of being disabled with a Combat Stress Disability, and unable to adjust to Stateside Military Duty, because of their Combat Disability.


Tens of Thousands of Disabled Vietnam Veterans have been driven to Suicide

This "P.T.S.D. Dishonorable Discharge" destroied the Young, Disabled Vietnam Veteran's Lives, placing the stigima of a Discharge "Under Dishonorable Conditions" on them for the rest of their lives, causing unemployment, making them unable to provide for their families, destroying many Veterans Families, forcing thousands of Disabled Vietnam Veterans to lose their wives, and childred, and to live in the woods, sleeping in snow, and mud, having to beg for food, and some even had to eat out of garbage cans, driving thousands of Young, Disabled Vietnam Veterans to commit suicide.

While their only crime was joining the Army, fighting for this country, and returning from a horrific war, Disabled.


The VA Commits Crimes with a Secret Kangaroo Court to Help the Army Destroy Disabled Veterans Lives

But the abuse, and crimes towards America's Veterans with P.T.S.D. didn't stop there.

The VA sent simple letters to Veterans with AR 635-200 "For the Good of the Service Discharges" telling them that all "For the Good of the Service Discharges" were not qualified for VA Benefits, which was a lie.

The VA then had Secret, Kangaroo Hearings, to determine the Character of Service for the Disabled Veteran, while the Kangaroo Hearing was kept secret from the Veteran, so the Veteran was not able to present any evidence, or anything in his behalf, and the VA Official over the Secret Hearing always found the Veterans Discharge was really "Under Dishonorable Conditions".

The VA secretly found that Billy Kidwell's extremely Honorable Vietnam Military Service, was actually under "Dishonorable Conditions" because Billy Kidwell had gotten a speeding ticket for going just 5 miles over the Military Base 15 MPH Limit, and was given an Article 15, and paid a $15 fine.

The AntiAmerican, Anti-Veteran, Scumbags that decide VA Benefits denied, Billy Kidwell, who ENLISTED in 1968 durring the height of the Vietnam War, who asked for the hardest Military Service, who voluniteered for Vietnam Combat Service, and who asked for the most dangerous job in his unit in Vietnam, and Re-Enlisted in the Army, was denied Medical Care for his War Inkuries, and denied VA Benefits for Eighteen (18) Years by the VA, while the VA Claimed his Extremely Honorable Military Service was Dishonorable, at a Secret Hearing, all because of an extremely minor Traffic Ticket, Kidwell was not found guilty of, and only had to pay a $15 fine for, it was so minor.

At the "Determination of Character of Service Hearing", there was No Due Process, and the Disabled Veteran was not told about the hearing, and was not allowed to defend himself, and not allowed to present any evidence, to prove his Character of Service was Honorable.

The outcome was Predetermined.


In reality these "Bad Paper Discharges" were really Post Traumatic Stress (P.T.S.D.) Dishonorable Discharges, that were given to Vietnam Combat Soldiers, returning to the states disabled with Combat Stress Disabilities, in liew of Needed Medical Care.

Congress has stated that "Bad Paper Discharges" are a National Disgrace, and yet the Justice Department, and Military, keep lying to the public, and to the Courts, fraudulently claiming the Military will correct the injustice, while the Army has no intent of ever providing Justice, as the Army continues to keep driving Elderly, Disabled, Vietnam Veterans to Suicide, with the Army's Bad Paper Discharge Con Game.

The United States Army is still using Bad Paper Discharges to drive Disabled Veterans to suicide, and refuses to correct the Illegal Bad Paper Discharges it has already issued to Soldiers, for being Disabled with Combat Stress Disabilities (P.T.S.D.), and there is no one to help America's Disabled Vietnam Veterans.

The outcome was Predetermined, and the VA's "Secret Kangaroo Determination of Character of Service Hearing" would then always find that the "Bad Paper Administrative Discharges" were really Discharges Under Dishonorable Conditions that Prohibited VA Benefits.
