Justice Department Attempts to MURDER a Disabled Vietnam Veteran

The U. S. Department of Justice, and U.S. District Court at Fort Myers, Florida ....

TRIED TO KILL THE ELDERLY, DISABLED, VIETNAM VETERAN ACTIVIST, BILLY KIDWELL
TO COVER-UP THE ABUSE OF DISABLED VETERANS IN FLORIDA BY WALMART

Letter to the Federal Bureau of Investigation:

Dear Federal Bureau of Investigation,

I am an Elderly, 100% Service-Connected, Disabled Vietnam Veteran, and Activist, who has fought for Veterans Rights, since my Army discharge fifty (50) years ago, as much as my health allowed.

As I got older my health deteriorated, and about six (6) years ago my P.T.S.D. Combat Stress Disability had worsened, so much, that stress caused me to suffer P.T.S.D. Anxiety Attacks, Stress-Caused Bleeding Ulcers, Heart Pains, Shortness of Breath, Extreme Dizzyness, Passing-Out, and other smyptoms of having a Heart Attack.

I was no longer able to update my Veterans Rights Internet Website, www.VetsForJustice.com, nor handle the stress of trying to fight injustice, with Pro Se Lawsuits.

I also suffered from a back injury in Vietnam that made one side, and my left leg numb,

Medications for my severe P.T.S.D. didn't work, so my VA Doctor had me try P.T.S.D. Service Dogs, which were a life-saver, and actually helped me avoid P.T.S.D. Anxiety Attacks,

bad

was recently nearly killed, and am now completely bed-bound, because of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department Discriminating Against Disabled Vietnam Veterans, and Denying me the Services of the Justice Department, while intentionally violating my Statutory Rights, pursuant to the Servicemembers, and Veterans, Initiative Act.

For the past fifty (50) years the United States Department of Justice has discriminated against, and spewed hate towards, Disabled Vietnam Veterans, refusing to protect their rights, and refusing to provide them access to the Services of the United States Department of Justice.

The Justice Department Admits it Discriminates Against, and has Never Provided Services, to Disabled Vietnam Veterans

I made a Freedom of Information Act Request with the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department seeking Public Records of Disabled Vietnam Veterans, with Service Dogs, who had received the services of the Justice Department, and the Justice Department responded that in the past fifty (50) years, the Justice Department has not protected the rights of even one (1) Vietnam Veteran, with a Service Dog.

The Justice Department has never provided services to a "Class" of over a Million Disabled Vietnam Veterans!

As a result, Disability Rights, Do NOT Exist in Florida, for Elderly, Disabled, Vietnam Veterans, needing to use P.T.S.D. Service Dogs
